Ayuk is a consultant in the Occupational Health, Safety and Development department of the firm. He is a holder of an MBA with specialisation in Occupational Health, Safety and Development from the Pan African Institute for Development of West Africa, Cameroon, in which he has acquired the skill and competence to provide expert advice in the domain of Human Resource Management Policies and Strategies, Occupational Hygiene and Toxicology, Health Economics and Insurance, Management of Physical Hazards, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Operations Management, Managerial and Financial Accounting, Hospital Support Service and Management of Hazards.

Ayuk is also a holder of a World Bank Certificate in Public Procurement, Certificates from OSHAcademy in the domain of Occupational Safety and Health Manager, Occupational Safety and Health Professional, Oil and Gas Safety and Health Supervisor, Oil and Gas Safety and Health Manager, Oil and Gas Safety and Health Professional. Added to this qualification is the NEBOSH International Certificate on Controlling Workplace Hazards and Management of International Health and Safety with specialty in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Risk Management.

His qualification has given him the competence and skill in providing expert knowledge in the following but not limited to; Fire Prevention Plans, Safety Supervision and Leadership, Ergonomics Program Management, Fleet Safety Management, Preventing Workplace Violence, Emergency Action Plan, Hazard Communication Program, Effective Accident Investigation, Oil and Gas Well Inspection, Oil and Gas Safety Management.

He presently works as the Quality Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator for Aggreko in the office of Construction and Commissioning of the Tasiat Gold Mine in Mauritania, a 13 Megawatts HFO Project, and the 50 Megawatts HFO project in Ouagadogou, Burkina Faso.
