In their relations with members of the paramedical professions in particular, pharmacists and dental surgeons must respect the independence of the latter.
They must avoid any unjustified action tending to harm their clientele and be courteous to their clients.
Physicians should be courteous and benevolent towards medical auxiliaries and avoid undue prejudice against them.
Any proposed contract of association or partnership with a professional purpose between one or more members of one of the professions referred to in Articles 55 and 56 of the Law must be submitted to the Council of the Order for approval.
