Dental surgeons in private practice in the same locality may associate with each other and practice their profession in the form of a non-trading company, the organization and operation of which are laid down in specific texts.
The dental surgeon or the professional partnership of dental surgeons shall be required to take out a policy with an approved national insurance company to cover his professional risks.

A receipt for this policy shall be submitted to the Council of the Order at the beginning of each calendar year.
Failure to take out an insurance policy shall, at the discretion of the Council of the Order or the supervisory authority to which the matter has been referred, the temporary closure of the practice. The latter shall not be reopened until the receipt proving payment of the insurance policy has been presented.
