Advertising of medicines and pharmaceutical establishments is only allowed under the conditions set by the supervisory authority after consulting the Council of the Order of Pharmacists.
Any infringement of the provision above is punishable by a fine of from 50,000 to 500,000 F.
In the event of a repeat offense, this fine shall vary from 250,000 to 2,000,000 francs.
The court must also prohibit the sale of the products concerned.
